Course V: Becoming an Enabler and Leveraging the Ecosystem

  • Institution Building, Governance and Management
  • Starting an e-Cell, taking it to an incubator
  • Running an incubator, etc. 
  • Grants for institutions and beneficiaries, and public policy context
  • Sustaining an Entrepreneurship Enabling Organisation
  • Pillars and stakeholders of the ecosystem
  • Indian context
  • Global context
  • Gujarat Ecosystem – A case study

Course VI: Project (Can be done individually or in groups)

  • Build an Incubator
    • Identify the Host and identify the core competencies
    • Choose a sector focus and devise a USP
    • Develop at least 5 different type of programs and activities for the incubator
    • Plan a 5-year budget and revenue projections and construct a HR plan for the incubator
    • Develop a 10-year sustainability plan
